Terms & Legal.

The following terms apply to every reservation made with Turistična kmetija Hribar, operated by Jožef Poličar (registered carrier of supplementary on-farm activity, nosilec dopolnilne dejavnosti na kmetiji). By inquiring about or confirming a stay, you accept these terms.

1.Booking & confirmation

Inquiries are made by email or telephone and are not binding until we send you a written confirmation. A reservation is considered final once we have received your confirmation reply.

Campsite reservations require mutual confirmation: we send you our written confirmation, and the reservation becomes valid only once you reply to confirm. During the high season, an unconfirmed campsite pitch is held only until 18:00 on the day of arrival; after that we may release it to walk-in guests.

2.Prices & payment

All published prices are in euros (€). They do not include the statutory Slovenian tourist tax, which is collected in addition to the listed prices — the exact rates are shown on each listing page.

We accept payment in cash only, settled on arrival or departure. We do not accept bank transfers or card payments.

3.Deposits & cancellation

We do not ask for deposits — your reservation is held on trust. This makes cancellation simple: just email or call us and let us know your plans have changed. There is nothing to refund, because nothing has been collected in advance. We appreciate as much notice as you can give us, especially during the high season.

4.Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. These hours are the same across all accommodation types and are also shown on each listing page. Earlier or later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement; a small late-arrival fee may apply, agreed when you book.

Slovenian law requires us to record your full name, date of birth, address, nationality and identity-document number at check-in. Please have a valid passport (or other government-issued photo ID) ready on arrival. We store this information only for the period required by law.

5.House rules

• Quiet hours apply across the entire property from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Open fires are never permitted unless you have explicit permission from the owners.
• Pets are welcome only at the campsite and in selected accommodations — please check the listing page of the unit you are booking, and let us know in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any building, in line with Slovenian law.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The orchard, road and farm equipment are not playgrounds.

6.Liability

You are responsible for your own personal belongings and for any damage to the accommodation, equipment or grounds caused by you, your travelling companions or your pet. We carry standard public-liability insurance but we recommend you arrive with your own travel insurance covering health, accident and trip cancellation.

We do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage to vehicles, bicycles or belongings left on the property, nor for personal injury except where caused by our proven negligence.

7.Photography & copyright

All text, photographs and design elements on this site are the property of Turistična kmetija Hribar unless credited otherwise. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission. Reviews and quotations are published with the consent of the guests who wrote them.

8.Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are however always willing to resolve any complaint directly and informally — please write to us first.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the seat of the business in Radovljica.
